After enduring the battering of Hurricane Ian in September of 2022, the restaurant had to close its doors for repairs. But fear not, seafood enthusiasts and fans of breathtaking sunsets – The Green Flash reopened its doors in late September of 2023, sporting a fresh look and the same dedication to exquisite cuisine and captivating views.

The Green Flash now boasts a vibrant new interior, complete with plush carpets, a crisp paint job, and sturdy tables and chairs — to replace those that floated away during the big storm.
The kitchen, too, has been given a modern makeover, ensuring your culinary experience is as delightful as the scenery.
Speaking of scenery, The Green Flash’s location is pure Captiva magic. Perched on the edge of the Roosevelt Channel, the restaurant offers breathtaking vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway, Pine Island Sound, and the untouched beauty of Buck Key.
